Hi, my name is Jayne, and I live in the beautiful Adelaide Hills in South
Australia.
I am a wife, mother of two adult sons, nanny to three adorable little
grandsons, and now a tiny gorgeous granddaugther.
Creativity is my sanity. It is a passion I was born with, apparently cutting up
scraps of fabric to make my dolls' dresses, at the tender age of four!
Over the years I have taken up many crafts/hobbies, including, sewing, knitting,
crocheting, embroidery, cross stitch, sampler/stitcheries, teddy bear making,
glass painting, ceramics, cloth doll making, scrapbooking etc, and also have a
love of decorating, furniture restoration, anything vintage, country, fabric,
lace, buttons, and more!!!
THEN......I discovered reborn dolls on eBay, and the rest, as they say, is
history!
I fell in love with these sweet babies, and began my journey into the art of
reborning. I am literally addicted to bringing these adorable little ones into
the world.
Being able to create something so life-like, so beautiful, and so entrancing,
takes me into a self absorbing and fulfilling little realm of my own, away from
the complexities of life.
The end result is a One of A Kind, special heirloom reborn babe, to be cherished
for generations to come. AND, the most rewarding part of all, is that my
loveable creation can bring happiness to someone else..........
